Thoughts/feelings/experiences? Picking up 30# today and some new to me hops to try out…time permitting im hoping to get five batches done in a short timeline so i can comparo. Using dry london esb yeast. Sovereign…amarillo…mandarina bavarina…nelson sauvin…the last one is escaping me.

I love Toppling Goliath’s Golden Nugget… I’m not sure if it’s a single malt grain bill, or what they add, but it makes me think you should be okay with it. I like where you’re going with this.

Are you planning to follow the same hop schedule for each variety?
Yes i am…need to pick a good bittering hop today too.
Huell melon is the last hop…grabbed some magnum for bittering. Going to mash low to grab some attenuation from this yeast.
I like it…but ive heard i need to just drive there and try it on tap to like it more’er.
