That’s a misprint you wouldn’t taste it. I did a quick internet and most clones call for an oz of ginger root and 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks

Ok, grated 1/2 oz of ginger root for this, will see how it turns out. Now the question is what to do with the rest of it?

Spiced ale?

I put ginger in almost everything. Finely dice it it and through it in whenever you fry onions or garlic as part of a recipe.

Ok, follow up on this: Need to tweak a bit, color is a bit dark (I can fiddle with that next year), flavor is almost spot on, as is the nose, but mine is lacking a crispness that I’m having a hard time mimicking in my brews, have that same issue with my Nugget Nectar clone. Maybe need to finally dig into water to hone in on that. :thinking:
