I'm brewing Zombie Dust tomorrow morning and have a starter of Imperial A20 spinning right now. My question is can I really ferment this beer straight out of the gate at 80 degrees? Temp range says 67 - 80. I'd really like the citrus/ tropical fruit esters from the high fermentation temp but my experience with literally all other yeast strains is to start low for the first 72 hours and them ramp up temperatures.
