I have some fermaid-k that’s probably @ seven years old. I’m going to be brewing some sweet mead and was wondering if it’s still good?

It’s a question about shelf life for fermaid-k.
The package should have an expiration date on it. I wouldn’t use it past the expiration date since there are organic ingredients in it.
edit: I found more data from Scott Labs. Shelf life of Fermaid K is two years.
