Hello my friends,
I just got one of these 35L models for my foray into all-grain, but I have a few extract kits lying around and want to use them in the Brewzilla instead of the stove top. My thoughts are to just treat it like big electric kettle and just follow the NB recipe instructions like I would if I was on the stove top. Any thoughts?
