Dry Bohemian lager yeast

Please someone start producing Bohemian / Czech lager yeast (dry).

I thought thats what S-189 was? I know it isn’t German.

It was an obscure joke. Jarlsberg is sort of a Norwegian “Swiss” cheese…

Pretty good actually.

There is much less variation among lager yeasts than ale yeasts. 34/70 or S-189 would be fine for a Czech pils.
