That’s what I used. But getting it to change colors in beer is a real trick. The color change happens as you adjust your PH. The PH scale runs from 0 to 14, with the range of 0-7 being acidic, and 8-14 being more alkaline. The trick is getting a neutral point and adjusting the PH that it changes colors if you just throw them in you will just get colored beer that won’t change colors.

Awesome! My wife made a bunch of interesting drinks from Butterfly Pea flowers. The taste is very subtle and earthy. In a beer I feel like it could be hidden but only by things that really skew pH.
