Thanks for all the help. I suggested that he replace the o-rings and disconnects to see if the leaks stop.

Hmmm that was strange. And the leak didnât show in soap testing?
No, would always soap test good. The pressure on the regulator might hold for a month or two, no real standard. I think the leak was temperature controlled, but I would always know when it occurred because the dogs would bark at the basement thinking an intruder was down there.
