It’s always a good day to make mead…

Here’s the latest recipe…can’t remember where I got it, but this is absolutely fantastic…reminds me a lot of Zombie Killer

10# Honey (I personally use Orange Blossom)
4 gal Apple Juice/Cider (no preservatives)
1 gal tart Cherry Juice
2 Packages Red Star Cote Des Blancs

Would you mind elaborating on this?

I’ve not made a mead/cyser before, so I’m interested in your process.

Do you just through everything in a primary for a few weeks?

Can we get some details on the steps of making this recipe? Do you bottle carbonate something like this?

We just had a zombie killer today and would like to replicate it.
