Hi, I am new to home brewing and I have read that beer yeast can be reused. Since I have just started my first wine fermentation can, can the same be done with wine yeast?
It’s really not the best practice. Due to the low pH/high alcohol environment, the yeast at the end of a wine primary are not in good health and likely to produce poor results if reused.
