Calibrating economy pH meter

Hello I am thinking of buying one of these pH meters https://imgur.com/a/ONw5b. But I Want to do some researching first. SoI look at how these things are calibrated an I noticed the pH calibrating Powder’s say to calibrate at 25c. Which I guessing is 77f but anyway when your doing the Calibration does one need to be right at the temp of 25c for accuracy. I also seen on the back of the powders pack different temperature corrections for various temperatures . So if your samples is let say at room temp an that below the 25c on the powder what does one do?

There is the problem with these meters… There is a certain temp they are the best, and there after, then you aren’t as accurate. They will be close, and you should recalibrate once in a while too. That is another debate as to how often, with peeps that use pH meters. If you can, get your water tested, use RO, or distilled, and find such as Brun’water, and you won’t need to have the hassle of a pH meter… Sneezles61

I know nothing about those meters but this on is excellent for under 100 bucks
