Now into our 7 month of brewing we have done 3 all grain 5 gallon batches, each time we have recycled the grains for use in other foods. 1st we made dog treats & beer bread, with the 2nd batch, more dog treats & 4 loaves of beer bread, milk chocolate chip cookies & dark chocolate chip cookies. With our 3rd AG batch fermenting, we now have a fresh supply of spent grains to bake with. We will be experimenting with making our own beer bread buns for BBQ pork sandwiches or burgers. We have a cracker recipe to try. Our options are nearly endless....We hope to have a tap room and eatery open in the next few years as EVERYONE we have shared our beer & beer baked goods with continues to rave about them!
