I’ve 2 @ 5 gallon ESB fermenting… I noticed the bucket calmed down very quickly… the Better bottle still keeps burping every 20 seconds or so… I just brewed on Sunday. I will test Thursday. Does anyone else have this kinda setup? I will assume head space… BUT… Holy ba-jeevers… Drinking an obscure IPA… Vinegar…

Buckets don’t seal no good no how.
^^^ what he said. Your better bottle is just sealed better, which keeps the airlock action going longer.
