Nice to know Sierra is making some… My luck, they put some on the back of some turtles and sent it north… They do hibernate this time of year… right?

I’ve tried a few of these now and they mostly leave me confused. The latest one I had was enjoy by 01.01.19 Brut. I know what it’s supposed to be and why it tastes like it does, Maybe I should try one in the dead of summer and see if I enjoy them more.

I havent been impressed yet by the brut.
I brewed our host’s. Wife likes it but not really my cup ‘o beer. It’s solid and I can see why folks would dig it as kind of a gateway craft beer. For my personal consumption I’s rather do something else.
I tried a pint up at Ursa Minor on Saturday afternoon… It was alright… They had a heavy hand with the tropical fruity hops… That didn’t do much for my palate… Perhaps this summer I’d put together one… heavy with cascades… Sneezles61
