I did and just had the first taste of the finished IPA. I kegged it two days ago with the second DH in the keg and have had it at 25psi. Just turned it down today to my normal serving pressure and got a taste. Less carbonated than I expected and there's a lot hop matter in precipitation atm so judging it for taste wouldn't be fair. It's got huge tropical fruits aroma. So that part is a success.
My first impression is it's not bitter enough for me but we'll see. I wanted to try the bru1 as a bittering hop since it has such a high AA% but my first impression is it's a bit "softer" bitterness, for lack of a better word, than what I like. The aroma on this beer is outrageous right now though. Very happy with that.
