Brewing a ten gallon batch split into to 5 gallon buckets. Only have enough 05 for one so using 04 in the second. I guess it’s not a British because it’s American hops. Oh and German magnum for bittering.

I like your style! Reminds me of an ESB with Citra hops and WLP007…
I used Willamette hops. I’ve since switched to 1968 ale yeast for esb
