Anyone watch the Alabama/Georgia game? I fell asleep during the OSU/NW game to much firewood cutting and Homebrew (after the chainsaw work) interested to see how the schedule goes from here, I can never figure it out my guess is it has something to do with TV audience

I got to watch the Bills play yesterday only because they played the Dolphins, and lost. But get this, I would have liked to be able to watch the Giants or jump back and forth but the game was on Fox and our local Fox Miami station showed infomercials instead. I texted a friend that gets West Palm stations for locals and she tells me the Giants game was on.
Oh and to keep brewing in the thread I had a couple chocolate Stouts while not seeing the Giants game.

Yeah I hate those blackouts. I didn’t get to see the Giants game either and they won. Seems like whenever I don’t watch they win
I would’ve like to watch them too… Wouldn’t you think, the bears are part of the northern conference… so wouldn’t you show that to the constituents of that area? The stupid thinking of those peeps that make up the rules… I’ll need to get out the Kung Fu series next time they pull a bozo act like this…

We went to Detroit yesterday and watched the Rams beat the Lions in person. I’ll tell you that crowd gets serious. Saw both Rams fans and Lions fans escorted out. Followed it up with a walk to Little Ceasers Arena to see the Wings get beat by the Avalanche. Both contests were entertaining. Had a 51k at Kid Rocks restaurant to compare it to my homebrew IPA.

I don’t think it was blacked out. They just don’t air the games. It’s not the first time the Giants have been on Fox and Miami didn’t air it. You would think they would get better income from NFL commercials than infomercials.

Perhaps if there was shuffle board match televised, then the infomercial wouldn’t happen?
