Rather complicated… But as I can see… It tells you over on the right side your total volume… The left side is the first addition of strike water… so you have water heated and ready…
The time piece of the puzzle doesnt look right…
Add your water to the grist, stir in well, let it sit for 45 minutes, then drain, and add another 18.4 quarts of strike water…
I’m not sure why you need a computer to tell you what to do when you already know what has to happen… Cut the cord and brew! I’ll bet you can write down your process as you go, and do a wonderful job brewing some great brews without the added frustration Sneezles61
