Brewed yesterday

I did an Irish Red with a twist of hops;60 cluster, 30 willamette, off boil east kent golding. There is no reason for the hops , something different The yeast is working well and the house smell fantastic. I used Nottingham yeast. I always start the yeast with dme starter when I start that day. Within 6 hours, yeast is working and doing its business. A 5 gal brew. Did sparge twice to make 6.5 gal of wort.
