The flaked oats are made on bonaire. So use a typical bonaire product. But use different kind of yeast. Gonna use the kveik. For this.

Looks interesting. I’m brewing an IPA today and was thinking cascade and amarillo as well!

Mine will be interesting…When I started to crush I realized I only had 5 lbs of 2 row and needed 9. So I made it up with Vienna. 50% vienna, 45% 2 row, 5% c40. I may bitter a little more than usual since this could potentially be a slighty sweeter pale ale grist bill. According to BS2 it comes in right at 70 IBU
