Figured I’d update this thread with some better pictures. Today is Psuedo Sue Clone day with 3 oz citra at flameout and another 3 oz added for whirlpool once I get down to 170 for 20-30 mins. I ask myself, is a full lb of citra too much for one beer? NOPE! 
It’s a perfect day to brew!
