Are pin lock and ball lock relief valves interchangeable?

I noticed a leak in one of my pin lock relief valves. I can’t find a pin lock relief valve online as I suspect pin lock kegs didn’t typically have a manual relief valves. Can I swap this out with a ball lock replacement relief valve?

Another option is to replace the lid for about $15.00 new. Comes with the new style PRVs.

Also knowing what pitch threads helps… Perhaps you can take it apart, clean it and see if it doesn’t stop leaking… Sneezles61

Thanks all of you -
These were really old kegs. My stepfather quit brewing in the mid 1990’s and they’d been in a garage ever since. When I tried to tighten it down, the plastic cracked, so it’s not fixable at this point. I’ll order some replacement valves since I’ll likely need a few anyway to see if that fixes it (and if it fits) and if that doesn’t do it, I’ll just get new lids. Thanks!
