This is very exciting @NickMc31! You have just opened pandora's box. I like to sparge my BIAB with 170F water that I pour from a metal tea kettle that I dip in another pot. I use about a gallon of sparge water. It really reduces the need to "squeeze the hell out of the bag." I have installed a hook so I can use a Locking Ratchet Pulley for my bag and that is a real labor saver. The people at Brewinabag.com are super helpful and I've had the best customer service.
