All Grain beginner

What happens is you get sediment building up over time which may be a problem at some point. You could flush it occasionally. This is similar to one I havehttps://www.walmart.com/ip/Zenvida-Portable-Tankless-Water-Heater-Outdoor-Shower-6L-1-5-gpm/837582442?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=467&adid=22222222228088015140&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=202240661032&wl4=pla-330089976417&wl5=9003355&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=111838796&wl11=online&wl12=837582442&wl13=&veh=sem

She’s a keeper for sure. In case its not obvious, the burner is intended for outside use only, not in the garage.

Definetly have to agree with the 10 gallon kettle. I do BIAB 5 gallon batches and with 14 lbs of grain mashing in 7.5 or so gallons of water brings it up to the brim. Also there won’t be any worry for boil over as long as you are watching it while bringing it to a boil. BIAB is incredible.
