Just signed up for this and ordered ingredients for the Star Gazer recipe. Did this last year and had a lot of fun. Anyone else signing up to brew May 1?

My wife just reminded me that May 1 is our 7 yr old's first communion so I will NOT be brewing May 1, I'll just be a day later on May 2.

May 1 is also Kentucky Derby. I’ll be imbibing a nice Mexican lager and making barbacoa for Cinco de Mayo.
