10 gallon batch...nailed it

it went about as well as it could despite an omission of my whirlfloc tablets…

modified a NB recipe and adjusted for a 10 gallon batch. My goal was to start with 14 gallon preboil hit it right on.(my 10 gallon MT was maxed out lol)

was looking to put 5.7 galls in each fermentor after boil and was dead on. brewersfriend said I should hit 1051 I hit 1052.

I enjoyed every bit from crushing my grains to cleaning my gear. 6 hours start to finish not too bad. My goal may be to knock out to 10 gall batches in one day.
will be kegging my first 2 batches this week. fingers crossed.

Thanks to everyones for there help.

I used to brew 12 gallon batches (46 litres, I’m Canadian) and I thought to myself how can I brew more beer in a day? I just added another mash tun and another boil kettle to my system and now I brew two different 12 gallon batches on the same day. It’s great, and only added about 2 hours to the brew day for grinding grain, cooling wort, and cleaning gear. Might be a better option than doing two consecutive brews?
